How to claim, step by step

  1. In an emergency, call assistance first

For any medical emergency, call our 24/7 assistance line before treatment where possible. We arrange care and settle directly with the provider.

  2. Report losses straight away

Report lost or stolen baggage to the police or the airline and get a written report (a Property Irregularity Report from the airline) within 24 hours.

  3. Keep all your evidence

Hold on to receipts, tickets, boarding passes, medical reports, invoices, and any proof of delay or cancellation.

  4. Lodge your claim

Submit within 30 days of returning home, online, on the app, or on WhatsApp, and attach your supporting documents.

  5. Assessment

We review your documents and may ask for originals of key items. We confirm cover against your policy.

  6. Reimbursement

Approved claims are paid into your bank account. Any excess is deducted from the settlement.
